After a nap we dressed up for dinner again. The first course was "cream soup of fish", which wasn't quite as good as yesterday's soup, but still good. The main course was "saddle of venison in a walnut crust with savoy and Dauphine potatoes". The venison wasn't cooked as long as we normally like our meat, but it tasted good. Dessert was "homemade mousse of gingerbread with a chocolate-ginger sauce and fruits".
